Money Matters

Research & Design, then choose your service level. Predictable, no matter how complex the trip

What you're buying is your time back, and a trip you don't have to manage. Here's what that costs, in full, nothing hidden on the back end.

The Plan Development fee

$185, flat, every trip.

This gets you a real recommendation, not a menu: dates, how you'd get there, and one total package price, built around what you actually told me matters. It's the same number regardless of trip type or complexity — because what it buys is the same thing every time: my read on your trip, not a booking.

The Professional Service fee

Once you've approved the itinerary and are ready to place your deposit, I will bill the non-refundable Professional Service Fee.

Cruise

Land

Groups

Traveling as a group? Per-room pricing at your selected service level, with savings available for larger groups. Ask, and I'll quote your party directly.

QWhy do you charge a fee if you're already getting a commission?

The commission pays me for booking. The fee pays me for the planning that happens before there's anything to book, and for the parts of the trip that don't carry a commission at all. Most advisors who take their work seriously charge both now. I'd rather be straightforward about it than build the fee into a price you can't see.

QWhat if I just want the cruise booked, nothing else?

That's Level 1. You get the core booking and my advice on the rest. You handle the hotel, the transfers, the excursions yourself.

QDo I owe the development fee if I decide not to book?

Yes. It covers the work of building your recommendation, whether or not you move forward with it.
